AT014 - SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE for 6-7 ppl, CLOSE TO THE BEACH, IN TORREDEMBARRA, COSTA DORADA

Three bedroom house close to the beach of Torredembarra. The kitchen has been recently refurbished. On the ground floor there is the living and dining-room and the open kitchen, with an exit to a small terrace. On the first floor we can find three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each) and a bathroom with bathrub. The bedrooms which have single beds have an exit to the same balcony, west oriented. The bedroom with a double bed, which is very spacious, has a small dressing room with two wardrobes.  It has also got a east oriented large balcony. The house also shares a pool with a neighbour building and it has a covered parking space with room for two cars. The house is very close to the beach and at a walking distance from the town centre.  It is next to the national road and the railway.

Sleeps up to 6-7 people.

Prices vary depending on the season. Summer weekly prices go from 440 to 800 euros.
