This studio is on the ground floor of a big villa in the centre Opatija right along the sea and has a patio towards the sea with a table and chairs. Along the sea is a famous sea promenade called "Lungomare". On the other side of the villa lies the street called "Marsala Tita" with bars, restaurants, stores etc. and Opatija's indoor market. Opatija has a long tradition as a seaside and health resort and is located in the Kvarner Bay which has a reputation for its favourable climate.
