This large and exclusive villa is located near the tranquil resort area of Mar Menor with only a short drive to the beaches and the gorgeous harbour La Torre. Centrally located between Murcia and Alicante airport and only 20 minutes from Torrevieja, this is a sought after holiday area for the discerning holiday maker.

The villa is set on a good sized plot with a large private swimming pool the perfect place to enjoy the sun and afterwards cool off. Over viewing the pool area you find a covered terrace where you and your family can enjoy the warm evenings while dining al fresco, or maybe brushing up your skills on the large 3’ x 6’ pool table.

Entering the villa you come to the beautiful hall area with high ceilings and a welcoming feel to it. On this floor you find the fully fitted kitchen with all the accessories that you would expect, including dishwasher, microwave and all you need to cook elaborate dishes for your friends and family.

The lounge is large and has a seating area with a dining table in one end and a sofa group centered around the TV area – complete with DVD and an international selection of channels. A sofa bed is found in the TV are. Connected to the lounge area is a conservatory with a view over the garden: a good place for the morning tea.

Following the beautiful granite stairs to the first floor we find the sleeping quarters. 5 bedrooms, where two of them have double beds and the rest of them single beds. The master bedroom is complete with an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms share the remaining bathrooms. In all, beds are found for a total of 13 people.

This villa is kept to a good standard, has been fully renovated in 2003 and is ideal for child families or couples traveling together. Enjoy!

The Area
