Platak in Kvarner is located in the mountain region of Gorski kotar, 1100 m above sea level. The chalet covers two storeys and was built in 1987. Situated at the edge of woods on an elevated position the property enjoys pace and quiet and is south east facing. There is a small private garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (4 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, 07.06.-06.09.), a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue house.

(In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house, in the grounds. Shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Pebble beach, shingle beach, rocky beach 25 km, ski lift 1.5 km, chair lift, ski runs 1.3 km. On request, in advance, some groceries can be provided in the mountain lodge "Platak", distant 1.5 km from the house. The owner occupies sometimes the lower ground floor (with separate entrance) for house and swimming pool maintenance.
