Seperate dining area with seating for 6 guests.This area has glass curtains that can be slid or bi folded across the room.Its quite unusual for a townhouse to have a seperate dining area as most townhouses on this resort have their dining areas in their lounge giving you less space.

Level 1

Bedroom with a king size bed and a full en-suite.

There is a door in this room where you can access the terrace and watch the most amazing sunsets.

On this terrace area there is outdoor rattan furniture and a large parasol and a bbq set.

2nd level

Inside is a small mezzanine area with a lounger where you can relax and read a book out from the sun.We have books provided.

Outside on the 2nd terrace you will get the sun all day and sunbeds are provided.

House has air con in the bedrooms and lounge.

The house is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

House rental is just from £210-£350

There are 18 communial pools on this security gated complex and the largest is just at the end of our road.

Bikes are for hire from the supermarket.

Supermarket is 5 minutes walk.

Golf course,clubhouse and town centre with bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.

Beach is a 15 minute drive.Mar Menor has shallow warm waters.

Murcia airport is a 15 minute drive

Alicante airport is 1 hour drive.
