Situated on a protected part of the hill slope overlooking the bay of Rabac this villa has wonderful panoramic views. The air line distance from the sea is some 500 m and 1600 m by road.

The hotel has a reception, parking lot, elevator, open-air swimming-pool with jacuzzi, internet corner and restaurant.

There are only 3 luxurious allowing for an intimate atmosphere. They have air-conditioning and direct internet access.

The first class slow food restaurant offers creative dishes based on Istrian & Mediterranean cuisine. We also offer conventional Istrian and Mediterranean menus (fish, sea food, meat and other specialties), special Meditteranean menus for vegetarians and children's menu.
