The villa is very spacious and accommodates upto 10 people.  It is furnished to a very high standard and is air conditioned throughout.  To keep the children entertained there are a selection of toys and games and also a DVD player and play station II.  We also provide a travel cot and high chair for the infants.

[Family Room] is a very spacious open plan room with a sofa bed, occasional tables and lamps. Adjoining is a dining area with a luxurious table and chairs.

[Lounge] is a well proportioned room which provides access to the pool area via patio doors and also has the benefit of cable TV and DVD player.

[Kitchen and Nook] is fully fitted and is complete with microwave, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, cooker, coffee maker, food mixer, four slice toaster, kettle plus accessories.  There is a luxurious breakfast table with 4 chairs.

[Utility Room] has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

[Master Bedroom] has an en-suite and walk in wardrobes.

[Double Bedroom] has an en-suite and a wardrobe.

[2 Twin Bedrooms] both have built in wardrobes with the house bathroom close by.

Hampton Lakes is a beautiful and quiet resort just off the Highway 27 and is close to the 192 and I4.  It has it"s own on-site facilities, including floodlit tennis court, basketball and volleyball court, children"s play area and a communal swimming pool.
