The Property |
Available is a very pretty, recently redecorated (inc a brand new central heating system), 2 bedroom victorian terraced property in the National Trust village of Waddesdon, 5 miles West of Aylesbury. In December there will be a new train station opening approx 2/3 miles from Waddesdon, with direct links to London.
I'm looking for a non-smoking individual or couple for a minimum of 6 months, indeally from Jan onwards but possibly sooner. The house is reasonably sized for it's type, with 2 reception rooms and a new kitchen with dishwasher. The house has lots of original features such as victorian fireplaces in the living room, dining room and front bedroom, along with stripped wooden floorboards in the living room. There is currently an easy to maintain garden at the rear and off street parking out the front for 1 car.
The house is almost at the bottom of the street so the views of the surrounding countryside are beautiful. This also means extra parking is pretty easy to come by.
If you're looking for a pretty house in beautiful surroundings then this house would suit you well. Well behaved, small pets allowed on request.
