The parcels are positioned along Speedway Nova Gorica – Ljubljana, between Ajdovščina and Vipava (Podnanos). Access to the parcels is from the High road (exit from Speedway is ‘’ Vipava’’).

V2 = 20 380 m˛
V3 = 16 568 m˛
The soil on the parcel is strengthened and is not sensitive to weight – especially appropriate for storehouses etc. Please contact us for more information!
