The Property |
| This spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was completed in May 2006. It is in the development of Mirador de las Palmeras which is situated on the edge of the typically Spanish town of Almoradi.
The development is fully enclosed with the pool and children’s pool in the centre. It consists of approx 160 apartments with a mixture of permanent residents, mainly English and Spanish, and holiday homes.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one is en suite and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is a double with the en suite consisting of a bath, with shower over bath, bidet, toilet and sink. The second bedroom is two singles. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bathroom consists of shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
The lounge/dining area consists of sofa/sofabed armchair, coffee table, wall unit,TV(Spanish only), DVD player(which plays CD’s), dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and all utensils.
There is a large balcony with patio table and four chairs.
All linen is provided. If you wish to change sheets etc after a week a fresh set will be available.
You are welcome to use any games, pool or beach toys, books etc that are in the apartment but please replace if lost or broken.
Towels are provided but only for use in the apartment. Please bring with you towels for the poolside and beach.

The Area |
Almoradi is ideally situated for those who wish to explore the area, get a taste of Spanish life. The town square is a meeting place for local people and holds many festivals and events during the year. There are many bars and restaurants and a very large Saturday market. The lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina are nearby. The larger livelier resort of Torrevieja is 25 min drive away. Nearby are Go Carts, Aqua Park, Bowling. Golf courses nearby.
