This spacious 3 bed, 2 bathroom apartment was completed in July 2005. It is in the typically Spanish historic town of Almoradi.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, with lift, and has lovely views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The building is very clean, and well maintained and consists of approx 20 apartments on 5 floors with a mixture of permanent residents, both English and Spanish, and holiday homes.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, one is en suite and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is a double with the en suite consisting of a bath, with shower over bath, bidet, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed too, and the third has two singles. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bathroom consists of bath with shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
The lounge/dining area consists of sofa/sofabed armchair, coffee table, wall unit,TV(Spanish only), DVD player(which plays CD’s), dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and all utensils.
There is a large balcony with patio table and four chairs.
All linen is provided. If you wish to change sheets etc after a week a fresh set will be available.
You are welcome to use any games, pool or beach toys, books etc that are in the apartment but please replace if lost or broken.
Airports Murcia or Alicante only 30 minutes away.
Towels are provided but only for use in the apartment. Please bring with you towels for the poolside and beach.
