The Property |
We offer a nice and cosy house built in Mediterranaen style. It’s sheer pleasure to arrive home, welcome guests or organize grill-parties here. As the house is located in a quiet residential area, the intimate and peaceful feeling is granted. Moreover, there is a swimming-pool in the garden much to the delight of children. The roofed terrace enables us to watch them playing while we enjoy the company of our friends.
From the hall (where you arrived after the garage that has space for two cars) you can already see almost the whole ground floor which proves that the space is not split up resulting in shady corners but you can only find spacious,sunlit rooms. In the cold and dark days of winter the flames of the tile stove light the living-room, radiating not only warmth but intimate feeling.
The arrangement of the kitchen provides you the possibilty of taking a quick bite while only two steps away you can find the dining room. The connection between the kitchen and the roofed terrace is furnished. What else is on the ground floor? A nice room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a closet and two bathrooms (one with bath). The headroom is not reduced by slanted walls. The rooms open from a bright, spacious landing. The comfortable staircase, as well as the coating of the walls and floors are neat and in Mediterranean style.
