It's design replicates the Bulgarian traditional style of architecture, that is found in historic Bulgarian towns such as Etara, (of which it is named after), with it's famous open air museum. This 1 bedroom holiday apartment accommodation measures 65m2 in area and has 2 balconies. One with a good sea view , the other faces the opposite way and has a view of the Stara Planina hills.
Etara 1 is front line and Etara 2 is situated on a elevated position behind it. Both form one complex and share the same facilities. Two pools, children's pool, restaurants, 24hr security, piano bar, shop, fitness gym, cable TV. To the left of Etara is the new Garden of Eden Development, and on its right is the large new marina that has been constructed with 304 berths. The marina has a promenade with selection of boutiques and restaurants to compliment it. Regular boat trips , yacht cruises from the marina take place in the summer season across Sunny Beach bay to the famous Old Nessebar (Unesco Heritage Site). A must to go and visit !

The Area |
| St Vlas is located just a short walk from the resort and offers a chance to shop in a Bulgarian village. It has in excess of 4,000 local residents and as such has a school, a post office, banking facilities and a wealth of food stores, shops and restaurants to be explored. Sunny Beach is only approx 4km away, and there are shuttle bus service every 15 to 30 minutes during the summer season. |
