Perched on the edge of a mountain, nestled between almond and olive groves with panoramic views, the villa is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday in Spain. This large villa is suitable for anyone wishing to visit Valencia for the Grand Prix, The Fallas, The Tomatina, Cheste MOTO or just to explore the Spain’s third largest city.

A 25 minute drive from Valencia airport will bring you to this spacious detached Villa. Set within private grounds of approximately 3000 sq metres, with ample parking for several cars. The Villa can be found at the end of a short track which then continues to the natural beauty site of Cuevas de las Palomas, The Cave of Doves.

Villa Palomas is set over 3 floors giving a total of six bedrooms sleeping 12 comfortably with the option of more beds if required. The ground floor has a large entrance hall leading to a double room and a room with single bunk beds. Continuing to an extremely spacious lounge with seating for 12 people, a large fireplace, 32” TV, DVD player and a stereo.  There is a separate dinning room off the lounge if you want to escape the hot weather. The traditional pine fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, separate oven/hob and all crockery, cutlery, etc needed to prepare meals at home. A bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin is also on this floor.

The Spanish style stairs lead to the next floor which has a large double room with terrace to the front. A child’s room with a single raised bed with slide. The family room which has a double and a single bed, and a door leading to the front terrace. Also on this floor is a modern shower room with toilet/basin.

The 3^rd floor is one enormous bedroom, which is set with 3 single beds but can accommodate many more if requested.

A selection of dvd’s, cd’s, board games and books are available for your use.
 

To the front of the Villa is a large open terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy eating Al fresco but out of the sun, the only way in Spain!  The Summer Kitchen and Bar allows you to prepare and cook your snacks or meals in the open air. There is a fridge/freezer, oven with hob and a large BBQ. Then later enjoy a cool drink or two from the bar.

The Villa also has a paella, which is a closed in BBQ, if you want to cook the Spanish way.

Sun loungers on the Pool Terrace allow you to unwind and sunbathe whilst you marvel at the breathtaking mountain views.  

The grounds of the Villa are ´rustic´earth and pebbles.

The Villa is naturally powered by the sun using a sophisticated system which gives you 240v electricity as you have in your own home. So you can take a well earned holiday and do your bit for the planet by reducing your carbon footprint! During winter months you will need to take care and conserve your use of hairdryers, irons etc. There is however, a generator should you need to top up the batteries. We recycle all our glass, paper, plastic and tin cans. These are more than our businesses eco policies; these are key characteristics of how we live in this beautiful corner of Spain. For us living locally and participating in our small rural community is as equally important in preserving Yátovas culture, heritage and environment.

A minutes walk from the Villa will take you to Cuavas de las Palomas, ‘a geological whim where water and stones contend for beauty’. A relatively easy walk down the rocks and up to the cave brings you to a waterfall and natural pond where you can dive and swim with the locals. The surrounding mountain side is fantastic for walkers and mountain bikers
