The Property

The house I am renting is a full size, year-round, 9 room house in a quiet family neighborhood on the north side of Yarmouth (Yarmouthport) on Cape Cod. It has three bedrooms and Two Full Baths. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and one bedroom is on the garden level below. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two double beds in each of the other two bedrooms. It has a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. It also has a porch and a deck with a gas grill. The house is located just south of Rte 6A and west of West Yarmouth Road. Other amenities include Cable TV, DVD Player, VCR Player, High Speed Internet, extra beds for kids, garage, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker. The owners are native Cape Codders and provide a welcome package to guests that indicate the best places for entertainment, beaches, and other Cape Cod attractions.
