up to 5-6 six person family (group) comfort. 100 meters to forrest (real one).
At the same side of Wroclaw that stadium is (5km, 10 minutes, 7 tram/bus stops to stadium - also good connection to city center).
This is flat of me and my family, so we definitely prefer families or couples (versus 6 men loud'n'drunk group – we have neighbours). Therefore also a standard of flat is, I would say standard (neat). Normal, a little bit more space, cared flat.
